9. PROCLAMATION

a) RESULT GAZETTE

The Result GazeƩe is issued as noƟce only. Errors & Omissions are excepted. Any entry
appearing in the noƟficaƟon does not confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a
certificate which will be issued later under the rules/regulation on the basis of original record available
in the Board Oĸce.
The Board reserves the right of recƟfying errors & omissions in the result at any Ɵme. Every
care has been taken that the result is accurate. The Board, however, is not responsible for any omission
or mistake of the result in the Gazette.

b) DESPATCH OF RESULT

The result cards to the failure and successful regular and private candidates are being
dispatched. The private candidates will receive their result cards at the addresses provided by them for
this purpose. The regular candidates will receive their result cards through the Heads of their
InsƟtuƟons.

c) INQUIRIES

All the enquiries regarding the result of regular candidates should be addressed to the head of the respecve insƟtuƟon and not to the controller of examination All the esquires regarding the result of private candidates may be directed to the Assistant Controller of examination (Inter). d) RE-CHECKING OF ANSWER BOOKS
Candidates appearing in all the examinaƟons conducted by the Board shall be permiƩed to get
their answer book re-checked to the eīect that:-

Totals have been rightly brought forward No porƟon of any answer has been leŌ un-marked There is no mistake in the grand total on the cover of the answer book or / and The answer book has not been changed

The answer books of each examinationwill be disposed of aŌer six month from the date of
the result except the disputed cases. Candidates desirous of geƫng their answer books
checked in this way would have to apply for this purpose within 15 days of the declaraon of
the result and pay Rs. 1300/- as fee for re-checking of each paper. The fee shall be refunded if
any mistake is found
e) RESULT LATER CASES:

• This category represents largely the candidates who inspite of repeated reminders from the
• oĸce have failed to reconcile their discrepancies in respect of:-

• Non-determination of the eligibility for examination Any other discrepancy already inƟmated to them. Candidates are advised, in their own interest to comply with the requirements already inƟmated, without further delay otherwise the oĸce would not be able to declare their result
